Refund Policy

All purchases from YearsDeep are final sale — we do not offer refunds.

We do, however, accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery for the following reasons only:

  • You received the wrong item
  • You require a different size (subject to stock availability)

Conditions for Exchange

  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • Exchanges are only processed once the original item has been received and inspected.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or faulty.

If the requested size is not available, you will be issued a store credit to use on a future purchase.
